Three exciting pre-construction condos underway in Calgary

Autumn is a new condo by the AVI group of companies that is coming soon to the acclaimed University District (UD). Featuring studio to two-bedroom floorplans, this building will cater to young urbanites and university students looking to live centrally in a walkable community.
Autumn will house more than 160 units in six storeys. At street level, the building will have retail spaces to complement the vibrant streetscapes the UD is known for.

Autumn’s location in the heart of the UD will make it a go-to property for investors looking to cash in on long-term rentals within a few minutes’ walk of the University of Calgary. Its estimated completion date is 2026.
