When Tridel’s principal in-house Interior Designer Stella Salvador offered Condo Life a tour of their two new model suites at Bianca in The Annex, we jumped at the chance.

In-suite and common area tech features are tied together using the 1Valet smart home system at Bianca. This includes in-suite a wall pad to control the thermostat, security features and concierge messaging, and the system can also be controlled by using an app on your phone. You also can book amenity spaces quickly and easily from the comfort of your suite.
