Tuscan Rise grows in established community
December 09, 2020
In the well-established, all-but-built-out community of Tuscany in the northwest, a hidden gem is revealed. Tuscan Rise – the latest townhome development by Rockford – is giving buyers a final opportunity to own a new home in this popular, amenity-rich neighbourhood.
Tuscany has everything to enjoy a modern, connected lifestyle. It has parks and pathways aplenty, recreational facilities, commercial centres, groceries, schools and more are within the community itself or just outside its borders. And they are all there ready to be used and enjoyed by residents.
Tuscan Rise is just the perfect development for people who want to stay in the community but want a newly built home they can afford, says Tuscan Rise area manager, Helena Kipp.
“Most of our purchasers are either first time buyers or downsizers. People looking for affordability, choice, beautiful interior finishes and a low maintenance lifestyle. Many of our customers already live in Tuscany!” she says. “We see young adults who grew up here and want to stay close to family. And on the flip side we see downsizers who want to simplify their lives but remain in a community they love.”
Rockford has established a name in building some of Calgary’s most stylish and well-designed multi-family communities, including Axis in Walden, the Morena West bungalow villas in Signal Hill, and many more. Tuscan Rise continues this legacy of quality and value – not to mention, affordability.
Tuscan Rise will be a beautifully landscaped community offering row style townhomes. There will be a total of 83 units once this development is complete. “We have three plans to choose from, including two- and three-bedroom models,” Kipp says.
The Verona is a two-bedroom, two-bath layout with an option to develop the basement. It includes two outdoor assigned parking stalls. At 1,107 square-feet it starts at $279,000, plus GST. The Arezzo is a two-bed, two-bath townhome with a tandem garage. It is at 1,167 square-feet and starts at $309,900, plus GST.
The Sienna is available in two- or three-bedroom floor plans with 2.5 bathrooms and an option to develop the basement. It includes an attached single car garage with driveway. It is at 1,183 Square-feet and starts from $309,000 plus GST. “We have a limited number of walk-out units in this plan,” Kipp says.
Its location within Tuscany plays a big part in its appeal. “We are conveniently close to Crowchild Trail and 12 Mile Coulee Road, so getting in and out of the development is a breeze. The LRT is also just a three-minute drive away,” she adds.
“Customers can expect a low maintenance lifestyle. Our homeowners enjoy inexpensive condo fees which take care of all exterior maintenance and repairs. This allows our owners to enjoy their downtime rather than spending it cutting the grass or shovelling snow!”
Show homes are open to give interested parties a taste of what life would be like here.
