An Ottawa first

eQ Homes sold out its River Terraces Tower I boutique condos by the river at Greystone Village in December, the first condo project in Ottawa to sell out before occupancy. It was a busy day on Jan. 4 as the crowds came out to take advantage of a limited release of four 34-ft. and three 38-ft. lots at Cardel Homes’ Blackstone community in Kanata south. Two new releases from Minto

There was a lot going on Jan. 11 for Minto Communities as it held two new lot releases. Presented as a lottery, single-family homes and Avenue townhomes in Quinn’s Pointe were on offer. By 11:30 a.m., the cars were lined up the street and the parking lot full as future new-home owners vied for a spot. Meanwhile, in Orleans, Minto had a limited release of executive townhomes and single-family homes at its Avalon Encore community.

Caivan Communities

Caivan Communities was on point from east to west on the weekend of Jan 11 and 12, with single-family homes and townhomes released in Orleans Village, and single-family-home lots released at The Ridge in Barrhaven. Register for updates at caivan.com
