Minto’s Canal Avenue townhome model

Richcraft: Two new releases

Richcraft released three new blocks of townhomes in Riverside South and two new blocks of townhomes at Trailsedge in Orleans on March 7. Potential homeowners were able to shop its new Contemporaries Collection or its Classic Series.

Everyone gets a corner suite at eQ Homes final new release of Foxwood condominiums in Clarence Crossing, 235 L’etang Street, Clarence-Rockland. Twelve, two-bedroom suites are available with four different floorplans, including indoor parking. Cardel Homes two new lot releases

It was a busy Saturday on March 7 for Cardel Homes as it released four townhomes in Miller’s Crossing, Carleton Place. Doors opened at noon at 2 Flegg Way. It was first come, first served, and eager potential new-home buyers began to line up on Wednesday, March 4 in the afternoon.

Meanwhile, eight 38-ft. single family lots in Blackstone South West were also released, with doors opening at noon at 106 Westphalian Ave.

Circle the date: Six new townhome lots will be released in Blackstone on Sat. March 14 at noon and a new product, bungalow townhomes, will be available in Miller’s Crossing, 2 Flegg Way also on Sat. March 14, with doors opening at noon.

Minto launches Aquaview in Avalon

Minto held the first release of single-family homes, urban townhomes, Avenue and Executive townhomes on Sat. March 7, using a lottery format. Potential new-home owners gathered in the parking lot and filled out ballots for the type of homes that they wanted. Members of the Minto team were outside to collect the ballots for the draw, which started at 11:30 a.m.

Upcoming releases: Make a date for Sat. March 14 for the release of single-family homes in Mahogany, where new-home buyers will have a choice of thoughtfully designed open-concept floorplans and beautiful exterior elevations, exclusive to the community. This release is first come, first served.
