A 360-degree launch
Mattamy Homes had a VIP launch of its 360 Condos in Rockcliffe on Nov. 27, with a public launch on Nov. 30. The VIP event, which featured a two-bedroom Suite B condo model, live music, canapés, cupcakes and a complimentary bar, was such a success, 31 of the 39 units were sold. Only a few remained up for grabs. A new release is scheduled for this month, and we’ll have all the details in our Jan. 18 issue.
Holiday cheer & giving back
Cardel Homes accepted donations of pyjamas at its head office and at all sales centre locations until the Dec. 15. Donated items were given to Pyjama Patrol, a local initiative dedicated to giving kids the comfort and security of a good night’s sleep. The truth is, not every child has pyjamas to put on at night. The eQ Homes toy drive, in support of Make-a-Wish Eastern Ontario, took place once again this year, with eQ Homes matching every gift toy-for-toy until Dec. 15.
HN Homes in Riverside South collected unwrapped toys for its community’s Toy Mountain Parade, a highlight of the Riverside South Community Association’s toy drive in support of The Salvation Army’s Toy Mountain.
A festive night
