A friendly walk through eQ Homes’ eQuinelle community

eQuinelle recently released four golf course lots and four green space lots at its Kemptville golf-course community — and what a community it is! On my wanders through one day, two lovely gentlemen stopped to see if I needed help with pictures, and I witnessed a lady escort a baby turtle across the road. We had a chat and she directed me to the gorgeous gardens that another resident grows for the pleasure of everyone picking up their mail. I also chatted with an 11-year resident who had nothing but good things to say about the neighbourhood. It was the best kind of way to hang out with strangers.

Glenview Homes’ Flagstaff releasing new lots weekly

A limited number of townhomes were released in Flagstaff on Saturday Sept. 19 with Jamie and Mina assisting all the happy new homeowners with their purchases. New homes are being released weekly in this Barrhaven community of townhomes and singles. The community offers a vast selection of local amenities, from shops and restaurants, to nearby parks and schools.

Catching up with Caivan

Caivan held the final release of its trademarked OpenPlan Singles in Orleans Village on September 12. While this family-oriented community approaches completion, you can keep your eye on Caivan’s other communities – Fox Run in Richmond, which released lots on September 19, and The Ridge in Barrhaven. Camping out at Claridge Homes

The Dream Team at Claridge Homes’ brand-new Watter’s Pointe community sold out the initial blocks of this highly sought-after community on September 12. With home hunters lined up for a couple of nights in advance, they were happy to hear that they released three more blocks. This community, located directly across the street from St. Joseph High School, and will feature a variety of contemporary townhomes from the Landmark Series. A model visit to eQ Homes’ Provence

I enjoyed a socially responsible visit with Stephanie and her main model, Oliver – eQ Homes’ fantastic model home/ sales office located in the master-planned community of Provence in Orleans. Fun fact: eQ’s latest home designs are named after the eQ team’s kids. The human Oliver loves to play hockey and hang out with his little brother.

More releases on the horizon for Minto

Minto had releases from west to east over the past couple of weeks, temporarily selling out at the communities of Arcadia in Kanata, Quinn’s Pointe in Barrhaven, and Aquaview in Orleans.
