Top 3 up-and-coming condo pools in Toronto

After suffering through six months of frozen, icy torment, the hunt to find the nest pools in Toronto begins. Located in such proximity to Lake Ontario, Toronto's winter climate is known for being particularly cold and unforgiving, and that's precisely why Torontonians cherish their summer months. During the four – often just three – months of warmth we receive in TO, you'll notice that Torontonian's put a lot of extra effort into their friends who have access to pools.

With the massive condo boom that has swept Hog Town in the last decade, it's clear that land developers have taken Toronto's thirst for poolside frolicking seriously; many up-and-coming buildings feature and promote world class water amenities among their strongest selling points. Looking for a place to cool down in style this summer? Check out our picks of the top three pools in Toronto coming to developments near you!

1. Monde Condos

Developer: Great Gulf

From the very early phases of this project, developers Great Gulf made it clear that Monde Condos is all about the water. Situated in between some of Toronto's most highly frequented neighbourhoods (East Bay Front, The Financial District, Old Town, Sherbourne Common and the Distillery District), Monde Condo's negative edge design brings hollywood bling to this Canadian coastal city and is an easy choice as one of our three coolest up-and-coming pools in Toronto.

2. E Condos

Developer: Bazis Inc.

Looking like an ultra-modern design out of Ridley Scott's 1982 futuristic, neo-noir classic film Blade Runner, Bazis really went the extra mile with their 'efinity' pools. Cantilevered out on the 32nd floor of E Condos, this building gives swimmers and water-side loungers alike an incredible, unobstructed view of E Condos' surrounding Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood like never before. As far as pools in Toronto go, E Condos will be a sure fire destination for inner-city snowbirds.
